Maria "Joy" Booth
Founder
Joy Booth, owner and founder of AID of Indiana, has been a licensed nurse for 17 years primarily working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Joy is a proven leader as a Nurse Manager and Health Care Administrator.
Joy attended Indiana-Purdue University, Attended Nursing School at Ivy Tech State College and graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration.
Joy is a proud advocate Individuals with IDD. She has been a member of the DDNA throughout her career and has taught and certified employees in CORE A&B through other Medicaid Waiver providers for over 9 years. Her mission is to improve the quality of care for Individuals with IDD through improved quality of staff training, as well as fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and individuals. She is proud to be known for Quality and Customer Service.
